Patti grew up locally in Cocoa, Florida and her father worked at Cape Canaveral for TWA. Prior to working in real estate, Patti was in the broadcasting field and the hotel industry - thus she is no stranger to people and excellent customer service.
Patti became a Real Estate Broker in New York in 1985 and has been in the business ever since. Patti's truly earned her self proclaimed title "the Queena of Aquarina" with all her years of experience and knowledge of Brevard County's one of kind community - Aquarina Beach and Country Club. Many may know that Patti's husband Keith also works at Certified Realty. Patti & Keith have a wonderful son - Kyle who is truly the sunshine their life.
Kathleen has worked at Certified Realty, Inc. at Aquarina since October 2007. She has the lived in the South Melbourne Beach since 1989, and says it is where she belongs. Originally, from Long Island, New York, she graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Psychology.
She has been in the Real Estate business since 1998 in the South Beaches of Brevard County, in addition to her Real Estate License, she has a Community Association Managers License and a Certified Building Contractors License. She understands the importance of ethics and integrity in business - her family runs one of the largest marinas on Huntington, Long Island - Coneys Marine Corp.
